Albert Thunder is the youngest son of eleven children to the late Henry & Evelyn Thunder. Born March 10, 1970, he grew up in Whitefish and attended Atikameg Sovereign School. He later went on to attend Fairview College. Albert is a Business Entrepreneur, at the age of 26 he was hauling logs for ALPAC, and now runs his own trucking business. He's worked for Loon Lake First Nation as their safety guy, and a Safety Instructor for Northern Lakes College.
Chief Albert's portfolio is Chief & Council, this includes the programs: Agricultural Benefits, Industry negotiations, Board Meetings (Entities), Administration, Board of Directors - WFLFN Child and Family Services Society, ACOM, Capital Projects, Consultation Office, Grants, Trappers and Housing.
