Whitefish Lake First Nation #459 is now accepting applications for new recruits

Whitefish Lake Nation is looking for highly motivated, dependable, and dedicated individuals to provide community-based services, protection, and safety within the jurisdictional and traditional boundaries of the community

Duties & Responsibilities

General Duties:
 Providing law enforcement services to WFLFN #459
 Enforcing Provincial Statutes
 Enforcing Bylaws of WFLFN #459
 Work shifts will include night shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

Experience and Skills:
 Experience in Law Enforcement would be an asset
 Computer skills would be an asset
 Knowledge of law enforcement
 Public relations would be an asset

Qualifications:
 At least 18 years of age
 High school diploma of equivalent
 Meet medical\health and fitness standards
 Ability to understand or speak Cree would be an asset
 Current valid Alberta Drivers License
 Employment and character reference check, Intervention Record check, Police Record check
