Whitefish Lake First Nation #459 is now accepting applications for new recruits
Whitefish Lake Nation is looking for highly motivated, dependable, and dedicated individuals to provide community-based services, protection, and safety within the jurisdictional and traditional boundaries of the community
Duties & Responsibilities
General Duties:
Providing law enforcement services to WFLFN #459
Enforcing Provincial Statutes
Enforcing Bylaws of WFLFN #459
Work shifts will include night shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
Experience and Skills:
Experience in Law Enforcement would be an asset
Computer skills would be an asset
Knowledge of law enforcement
Public relations would be an asset
Qualifications:
At least 18 years of age
High school diploma of equivalent
Meet medical\health and fitness standards
Ability to understand or speak Cree would be an asset
Current valid Alberta Drivers License
Employment and character reference check, Intervention Record check, Police Record check
